to renovate existing, historic space such that it will provide an
optimal environment for this ancient, irreplaceable, and highly significant
collection of Unitarian materials; 2)
to expeditiously address the diverse conservation requirements of
this large and vulnerable collection, applying state of the art restoration
and preservation techniques; 3) to systematize the organization of these holdings consistent with current archival theory and convention such that they will be available to interested Unitarians and genealogists as well as to religious, theological, and historical scholars throughout the world. |
